Hi!

My name is Angela, also known as” Mrs. K-Fit” around here. I grew up in eastern Pennsylvania, and moved to California in 2013 to pursue the love of my life, Kendrick Fitness…but, just Kendrick to me. We were married in 2014; and soon after I left my full-time recruiting job, became a certified personal trainer, and joined my husband to help run our small fitness studio, Studio K-Fit…hence, the name: mrskfit was born.

I’m now working in my favorite role, a stay-at-home mom, and writing “in between the margins”. My dream is to publish the memoir that’s currently living in my Google drive.
